Where you were, where you are and where you are meant to be...
This program has required you to look back to where you came from so that you could see how you got to be where you are right now. There were no doubt some good memories but I asked you to take a closer look at those that you have tucked down over the years.
That's where the healing begins. We need to look at that which we really don't want to see. When we look at these difficult memories with fresh eyes and acceptance we can shift our perspective on what happened, find a lesson in the experience and move into where we are meant to be.

How would you describe your first step?
What do you want to focus on first? Do you know how you will stay on track? Use the road map as a reminder. Go through each principle, especially the first four each day if necessary.
The healing journey is a life long process. There is no quick fix but creating new habits and shifting your perspective to a growth mindset will change the trajectory you are currently on. Once you have these principles down pat and part of your daily practice, you might stumble but you will know where you were and how to get back on track!
