Shift Your Life Program Modules
Module One covers an outline of the overall program.
Make sure you have a journal or notebook available. |
Module Two covers how to isolate your expectations, concerns, frustrations and fears and how to become aware of and address what might be contributing to your negative emotions and keeping you distracted.

Module Three covers how to re-frame your current situation and filter out any negative or unnecessary information. You will also learn how to release what is not empowering you.
|
Module Four covers learning how to create a new routine by redefining your day and your priorities. You will also learn how to connect to those closest to you, to something new and most importantly to YOU!

Module Five gives you the straightforward steps on to be Compassionately Courageous through Covid-19 and beyond!
